Directions
Place the knee brace over your kneecap, ensuring the opening is aligned with the patella. Wrap the upper strap around your knee, securing it tightlybut comfortably. Take the elastic strap and bring it behind your knee, thenback over to the front, and secure t with the Velcro tab. Repeat this step with the other strap. To check if you've put on the knee brace correctly, try to Side two fingers underneath the straps. If they fit easily, then you have achieved the correct fit.
