To use for heat: Place the pack in the microwave for 15-25 seconds. To use for cold: Freeze the pack for at least 2 hours before use. Always ensure the pack is not too hot or cold before applying to the skin. Use for up to 15 minutes at a time, then remove and reapply after the skin has returned to normal temperature.
