The "endless" design of round lifting slings improves the lifespan of the strap as it allows the user to rotate the sling after each use to reduce wear on bearing points. The reinforced double wall polyester web cover on the outside resists abrasion and provides durability.
The eye-to-eye loop lifting sling combines reinforced loops with a tapered loop design for both high strength and durability, making it a lightweight and economical alternative to chain or wire rope. Available in single or double ply for added durability.
Multiple Hitching Options
All Ancra Cargo slings are capable of being rigged in a vertical, choker, or basket style for lifting. Vertical uses all of a sling's rated single-leg capacity, making it ideal for balanced, stable loads that have a built-in lifting eye. Choker has a reduced capacity compared to a vertical hitch, typically around 70% to 80% depending on the angle, and Basket can be double the vertical rating if legs are pulled straight up at a true 90-degree angle.
Lightweight Durablilty
Ancra Cargo Lifting Slings offer safer alternative to chain or wire rope. The average sling made from heavier materials can potentially damage and scratch cargo while repositioning, especially if they are tougher materials that can scratch. Polyester web slings offer the same strength and heavy duty capability while being lighter and more flexible.
Certified by the Web Sling & Tie Down Association (WSTDA), our slings meet all necessary safety requirements for lifting heavy cargo. Each sling has a tri-lingual warning tag attached to it, alerting users of the capacity for a given sling. NOTE: NEVER exceed the designated weight capacity.
