Just position the upper jaw to the work piece, push button on pliers and move close the lower jaw. Once adjusted the pliers self-lock on pipes and nuts with no slipping. Optimized shape jaw will grip round, square and hex shaped material. The box joint design provides high stability because of the double guide. The 3 piece set will handle pipe capacities from 1-1/4" to 2".

The KNIPEX Cobra Water Pump Pliers are the perfect gripping pliers for every application. The Cobra Pliers will grip any shaped object - round, square, hex or flat with a bite like no other pliers. This very popular three-piece set will grip up to 2 3/4". Adjustment at the touch of a button directly on the workpiece. Fine adjustment for optimum adaptation to different size workpieces and a comfortable gripping position. Self-locking on pipes and nuts: no slipping off the workpiece and low handforce required. Gripping surfaces with special hardened teeth, teeth hardness (approx. 61 HRC): low wear and reliable gripping. Box-joint design: high stability because of double guide. Pinch guard prevents operators' fingers being pinched. Reliable catching of the hinge bolt: no unintentional shifting. The packaging includes a plastic tray with custom molded tool cavities for each of the three tools for easy tool storage in workbenches or cabinet drawers.
