Diamond Coating Note The actual drilled diameter is 0.3mm larger than the nominal size (e.g., 1mm bit drills a 1.3mm hole) due to a 0.15mm-thick diamond coating applied uniformly around the drill tip.

WET DRILLING IS MANDATORY for most materials. NEVER use dry on thick or hard materials to avoid overheating and instant destruction of the bit.

Cooling Method: Place workpiece in a shallow tray. Submerge only the drilling area with ~1mm of water. Avoid deep water to prevent hazardous splashing into tool electronics. Alternatively, continuously drip water onto the drilling point.
Max speed: 40,000 RPM.
Recommended: Use a Drill Press for stability to prevent skidding, bit damage, and material breakage.
Handheld Technique (if no press): Start at a 45° angle to grind a small starter groove. Gradually tilt to vertical and continue drilling.
